Vaneeta Kaur Grover is a visionary statistics leader, Six Sigma Master Black belt with 25 years of experience as Statistician/Biostatistician in academia, industry (Chemical & Pharmaceutical), and biotech. Vaneeta is adept at aligning statistical strategies with regulatory, manufacturing, and scientific goals to accelerate product development and ensure robust product quality. Vaneeta is a strategic force behind transformative initiatives including statistical modernization, AI/ML readiness, and regulatory excellence, consistently enabling scalable, right-first-time solutions. Recognized for operational excellence, industry leadership, and mentoring culture that fuels analytical capability across global organizations. She is passionate about training and increasing statistical capabilities of the scientists in basic and advanced statistical concepts. 

She is renowned for building high-performing statistical teams, leading integration during mergers, leading separation during spin offs/split and fostering cross-functional collaborations that elevate decision-making quality.

Vaneeta is passionate about mentoring students and junior statisticians.  She is a community advocate and one of her focus is volunteering her time through various activities such as supporting students by reviewing their science projects, papers and posters for science fairs, conferences and journals. 

Vaneeta has a Masters and PhD in Statistics. She has participated in Women In Leadership: Online Program For Emerging Leaders from Harvard University; McKinsey Leadership Essentials program and lead Lean in Circles.
